Toll Fee Violations

Welcome to Honest Smog - Your Reliable Partner for Toll Fee Violations!

At Honest Smog, we understand the importance of addressing toll violations promptly and efficiently. It is crucial to comply with the toll evasion statutes outlined in California Vehicle Code Section 23302 et seq. and Streets and Highways Code Section 30843, which require the payment of established bridge tolls.

According to California Vehicle Code Section 40250 et seq., toll evasion violations are enforced through the issuance of notices of toll evasion and delinquent toll evasion, along with the imposition of civil penalties. To provide transparency, we have outlined the following schedule of toll evasion penalties:

First Notice Issued: Toll amount plus a $25 penalty

Second Notice Issued: Toll amount plus a $70 fee ($25 penalty plus a $45 late fee). If the toll is paid within 15 days, the penalty is reduced to $25.
